Refund policy

Return and Refund Eligibility
General Conditions: Malachi Organics is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions stated below.

Time Frame
Returns and refund requests must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Products 
Items eligible for return must be:
Unopened and unused.
In their original condition and packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at malachiorganicssales@onlinedesk.co.za 
Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once authorized, we will provide you with return instructions.

NB: Items returned without prior authorization from our team will not be accepted.

Refund Process
Inspection of Returns
 Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. You will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days after the product is received and inspected.

Approved Refunds
If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.). The refund will appear on your account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product at no additional cost.
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue and arrange the exchange.
You may be asked to provide photos or other evidence of the damage or defect.

Exchange Procedure
After reviewing your case, we will issue a prepaid return label for the defective or damaged product and send out a replacement product once the returned item is received and verified.

Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility:
For general returns, customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In cases where the product is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges (from us to you) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product defect.
